Dreynschlag
Dreynschlag is a group of Lichtenau fencers, whose aim is to practice medieval martial arts of the German school. The group both does historical fencing and reenactment. The fencersÂ’ goal is to learn as many techniques as possible and stay authentic. Dreynschlag is located in Wien, where they also yearly organize a gathering called Dreynevent.
HEMAC
The Historical European Martial Arts Coalition (HEMAC) is a pan-European coalition of martial artists and researchers dedicated to the study of traditional European fighting arts and martial traditions based on surviving technical sources (treatises and manuals). HEMAC has members throughout Europe.
Ars Ensis
Ars Ensis is a Hungarian union of martial artists, who research and teach medievial European fighting techniques, especially longsword fighting. Their teaching materials are based on both manuals, books, codex remaining from the Middle Ages and modern fencing techniques. The group is the member of HEMAC.
Kard rendje
Kard Rendje is researching and teaching historical european martial arts. Trainings are based on the XVI. century book of Joachim Meyer .
They are HEMAC members since 2006.
